Bearing in mind our client?s interest, a preliminary contract is concluded in the form of a notarial deed. This defines the relationship between the developer and the client including the construction phases and the financial conditions such as  the amounts and dates of payments. Entering into this contract entails a payment equal to 20% of the apartment?s value.

Final contract
This is concluded in the form of a notarial deed in order to transfer the ownership title.  Signing of this contract is followed by the financial settlement between the contracting parties.
